美国业界要求对户外烧烤炉产品启动337调查

　　2013年8月21日，美国A&J Manufacturing公司依据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定，向美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)提出申请，指控美国进口以及美国国内销售的部分多功能护卫烧烤炉及其零部件(Multiple Mode Outdoor Grills and Parts)侵犯了专利权，要求启动337调查。

　　申诉方建议将下列企业作为本案的强制应诉方：(1)布曼公司(The Brinkmann Corporation, Dallas, TX)，(2)W.C. Bradley公司(W.C. Bradley Co., Columbus, GA)，(3)GHP集团公司(GHP Group, Inc., Morton Grove, IL)，(4)Kamado Joe公司(Kamado Joe Company, Duluth, GA)，(5)户外休闲产品有限公司(Outdoor Leisure Products Inc., Neosho, MO)，(6)鼎勤集团有限公司(Rankam Group, Gardena, CA)，(7)Academy公司(Academy Ltd, Katy, TX)，(8)HEB Grocery公司(HEB Grocery Company d/b/a H-E-B, San Antonio, TX)，(10)凯马特公司(Kmart Corporation, Hoffman Estates, IL)，(11)Sears Brands Management公司(Sears Brands Management Corporation, Hoffman Estates, IL)，(12)Sears控股公司(Sears Holding Corporation, Hoffman Estates, IL)，(13)西尔斯·罗伯克公司(Sears, Roebuck, & Company, Hoffman Estates, IL)，(14)拖拉机供应公司(Tractor Supply Company, Brentwood, TN)，(15)广东康宝电器有限公司(Guangdong Canbo Electrical Co., Ltd, China)，(16)Chant厨房用具(香港)公司(Chant Kitchen Equipment (HK) Ltd, China)，(17)东莞大阳实业发展有限公司(Dongguan Kingsun Enterprises Co., Ltd, China)，(18)浙江福德尔公司(Zhejiang Fudeer, China)，(19)宁波辉格公司(Ningbo Huige, China)，(20)祈信金属制品有限公司(Keesung Manufacturing Co., Ltd, China)，(21)宁波司普瑞茵通信技术有限公司(Ningbo Spring Communication, China)，(22)无锡天亿国际贸易有限公司(Wuxi Joyray International Corp., China)。

　　目前，美国ITC正对该申请进行审查以决定是否正式立案。
