澳大利亚发布了便携式游泳池的强制性标签安全标准

　　2011年，澳大利亚竞争和消费者委员会(ACCC)就被要求就便携式游泳池的强制性标签标准给出安全标准。

　　该安全标准的草案已发送给利益相关方以供其提出意见。意见截止日期为2012年10月29日。

　　其中给出了“便携式游泳池”(Portable swimming pools)的定义，以及便携式游泳池上的警告信息，包括：

　　(1)便携式的有游泳池必须展示永久性的警告信息；

　　(2)如果该游泳池的深度低于300 mm，则该警告信息必须含有以下内容：

　　WARNING!

　　Children have drowned in portable swimming pools.

　　Ensure active adult supervision at all times.

　　Do not leave children unsupervised in or around the pool—keep them within arms’reach.

　　Empty and store safely after use.

　　(3)如果该游泳池的深度为300 mm及以上的，该警告信息必须含有以下内容：

　　WARNING!

　　Children have drowned in portable swimming pools.

　　Ensure active adult supervision at all times.

　　Do not leave children unsupervised in or around the pool—keep them within arms’reach.

　　Pool fencing laws may apply to this pool. Consult your local government authority for fencing requirements.

　　(4)上述(2)和(3)必须：

　　(a) 永久性地打印或以浮凸的形式印在游泳池上；

　　(b) 易读的(18岁以上的正常视力，3米的距离)；

　　(c) 字体大小：WARNING!——10 mm；其他字体——6 mm；

　　(d) 警告必须与背景颜色形成对比；

　　(e) 必须对于以下人可视：站在该便携式游泳池之外的；以及监护在便携式游泳池或附近的儿童的监护者。

　　此外，还规定了零售包装的警告信息；便携式用泳池的安全标识等内容。
