ECHA对“唯一代表”操作解释正在修改中

　　关于REACH法规第8条提及的“唯一代表”操作重要的解释当前正在修改中，更多的信息请参考2008年4月29日更新的注册指导文件第23页1.5.3.4小节。

　　具体修改的内容为：

　　1、唯一代表为多个非欧盟制造商履行注册责任时吨位计算和信息要求的规定The only representative can represent one or several“non-Community manufacturers”. As he is fulfilling the registration obligations of importers, the tonnage of the substance to be registered is the total of the tonnages of the same substance covered by the contractual agreements with him and all“non-Community manufacturers”represented by him. The information requirement for the registration dossier shall be determined according to this total tonnage.

　　2、唯一代表存在下的供应链中的角色和注册责任

　　以上两项唯一代表操作的解释将被修改，ECHA将于2008年6月1日前更新的指导文件中公布修改结果。
